We aim to deliver all orders within 1 – 3 working days. All orders are shipped via DHL.
Standard delivery €4,95. Free delivery applies to all orders above €100.
For delivery in Rotterdam we also offer 24H delivery via PIKE, click here for more information.
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days. All orders will be shipped via DHL parcel (for orders inside the EU) or DHL Express (for orders outside of the EU).

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated e-mail with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.
If for some reason there is a mistake on our part regarding size, colour or other defects contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by telephone (+31 10 292 3152). We aim to response on emails within 1-2 working days.
When can I return?
- You have the right to return any goods you ordered from The GoodPeople webshop within 30 days ( For items bought in a sale periode is this periode 14 days)
- We will only refund goods that are returned with all delivered accessories and tags intact and in their original condition and packaging. Unpacking or trying on the product is only acceptable to the extent necessary to judge whether or not you wish to keep the product.
Please note that we do not accept returned goods if we suspect the item has been worn or damaged by the customer.
On receipt of your order, we advise you to:
- Open packaging carefully.
- Save the shipping box.
- Immediately check whether the product has any damage.
How do I return or exchange a product?
- You should return any item within 30 days ( for sale items 14days) of delivery.
- Return or exchange your item(s) easy via our return and exchange portal click here.
If you would like a refund and the returned goods meet the above stated conditions, we will return the amount you paid for the goods as quickly as possible. This will be no later than 7 working days after we have received your return.
It is possible to exchange an item if the preferred replacement is in stock. Please choose the option for exchange in case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will receive a refund.
